Are plans monthly or annual?
All plans require an initial 12 month commitment paid monthly. After the initial 12 months there are no commitments and plans continue on a month-to-month basis.

What if my Point of Sale is not Square?
If you need a new website for your business we can design and build one for you.
Our platform management service is currently limited to Square. If you’re looking to replace your existing POS we can also migrate your business and all of your data to Square for a flat fee.

How many team members are assigned to my business?
We adjust the number of resources in each service based on changes in workload. Our goal is offer competitive pricing by maintaining an optimal balance between quality of service, turnaround time, and cost.

Do you provide dedicated resources?
Yes. We can provide dedicated resources for each service we offer in 4 and 8 hour shifts. A dedicated resource works exclusively on your account on a set schedule.

What if my current website is not on Square?
We offer 3 options.
Square website and shop
Our most cost effective option is simply creating your website and online shop on Square. This option requires the least amount of time and is managed and maintained by Square. The only downside is the site design will be limited and simple.
Custom website and Square shop
This option provides a separate custom website and Square online store. This option takes your site’s design to the next level to make a stronger impact on online visitors, while keeping the entire shopping process on your Square online store. There’s no integration and content for both websites are managed separately.
Custom website with Square integration
For companies that need to customize the entire website including the entire shopping process, we can build a completely custom website that integrates with Square’s backed. This option requires the highest level or resources and time to build and maintain and therefore is the most costly.
